The ceremony was attended by Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Tuyen, and representatives of the leaders of partner units. The event marked the beginning of a series of comprehensive cooperation activities between the Union and the business sector, aiming to apply payment technology in community initiatives, especially health care for women in difficult circumstances.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyen emphasized: “The cooperation in implementing the program Touching Sharing - Giving Hope is one of the activities to concretize Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions in protecting, caring for and improving people's health; aiming to build a community of healthy, confident and happy Vietnamese women, with 4 key goals: Raising awareness, changing women's behavior in proactively taking care of their own health, considering early cancer screening as a manifestation of self-love and responsibility to the family; promoting the role of the Women's Union at all levels in supporting women to implement the criteria of 'having health' to build a family of 5 no, 3 clean/5 yes, 3 clean, contributing to ensuring women's safety, peace of mind and well-being; strengthening cooperation between the Women's Union and businesses, forming sustainable and humane models in community health care; "Arouse the spirit of social responsibility to join hands to bring access to health services for disadvantaged women."

In 2025, the program "Touch and share, Give hope" will be implemented with the goal of providing free screening for common cancers in women such as breast, cervical, ovarian cancer and HPV testing for 2,010 women from other provinces living and working in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
For effective implementation, the Vietnam Women's Union will coordinate with localities, industrial park and export processing zone management boards in Hanoi, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, etc. to verify and make a list of women in difficult circumstances; at the same time, coordinate with medical units to organize screening examinations and propaganda to raise community awareness. The Union's leading role is considered a key factor to ensure the transparency, effectiveness and spread of the program.
The partners NAPAS, Mastercard, Payoo... play an important role in connecting technology with humanitarian activities. For each card payment transaction via the Payoo system, 2,010 VND will be deducted to contribute to the cancer screening support fund for women in difficult circumstances. This is a creative, modern, accessible form of donation and closely linked to people's daily consumption behavior.
