Vietnam impresses at Mega Show Hong Kong 2025

From October 20 to 23, Mega Show Hong Kong 2025 (International Exhibition specializing in handicrafts, gifts, toys and household goods) took place in Hong Kong (China).

The exhibition featured over 3,000 booths showcasing innovative, high-quality products from 31 countries and territories. Vietnamese booths at the exhibition attracted the attention and made a strong impression on international partners and customers.

This year, the Hanoi Center for Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consulting under the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade organized a delegation of 22 enterprises to participate in the exhibition with main products such as interior and exterior decoration products, rattan and bamboo handicrafts, lacquer, ceramics, embroidery, interior textiles, gifts for tourists ...

Sharing with VNA reporters in Hong Kong, Mr. Hoang Quan - Deputy Director of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consulting under the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade said that Hanoi has accompanied and supported 22 typical enterprises in the field of handicrafts, gifts as well as products that are the city's strengths. Hong Kong is a strong market to introduce and promote handicraft products to countries around the world . Participating in Mega Show 2025, enterprises have made very careful preparations, choosing new designs and new products to promote typical products of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general. In the coming period, Hanoi will continue to coordinate with the organizing committee to ensure that by 2026, it can expand the scale and support more enterprises in trade promotion activities and export of handicraft products.

Dr. Duong Thi Kim Lien - Chairman of Sun Craft Social Enterprise Joint Stock Company said that the company has participated in many international exhibition events, especially has had customers from Korea, Japan and Europe. Through the support of Hanoi city, the company had the opportunity to participate for the first time in a large-scale fair like Mega Show in Hong Kong. This is a very good opportunity for businesses, especially social enterprises.

Ms. Duong Thi Kim Lien said that the company mainly trades in handicraft products, plastic products, embroidery or silk products all come from craft villages around the northern area of ​​Hanoi. The company is focusing not only on developing and supporting craft villages but also participating in social support activities, dedicating some stages of the product to the disabled or disadvantaged people.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Representative of Phu Tuan Import Export Company Limited shared that through participating in Mega Show in previous years, the company has found a number of customer files from the US and Europe. The products that the company introduced to international friends at the fair are all environmentally friendly products made from rattan, bamboo, sedge, duckweed..., purchased and produced in traditional craft villages... The company hopes to find more new customer files from the Middle East, India or Asia.

The handicrafts and household items brought by Vietnamese businesses to the fair are all created by talented craftsmen, are environmentally friendly and in line with world consumption trends.
