Visiting Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 platform - milestones affirming the sacred
sovereignty of the Fatherland in the East Sea and the southern continental shelf, delegates participating in working group No. 4 in 2023 and brave Navy soldiers sang together in the vast sea and sky.
This April, many Navy ships headed towards the Truong Sa archipelago and the DK1 platform. One of them was a special ship marking the 10th time the delegation of overseas Vietnamese and representatives of agencies and units visited the military and civilians at the forefront of the wind and waves, who are guarding day and night, affirming
the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland .
The leaders of the Navy, officers and soldiers of the DK1/16 Phuc Tan platform and artists from the Central University of Art Education expressed their love for the sea and islands of the Fatherland and their steadfast will through the song "Hello Truong Sa" by musician Luu Ha An: "Hello Truong Sa, hello heroes/ At the age of 20, we overcame thousands of storms/ Hello Truong Sa, hello brave hearts who sacrificed themselves...". Having performed for the troops many times, this was the first trip to perform for the troops in Truong Sa for Ms. Do Huong Giang - Deputy Head of the Piano and Vocal Department (Central University of Art Education). She shared that at first she was afraid of seasickness, but the warm and close-knit atmosphere of everyone helped her not feel tired and became even more excited.
“The most special thing for me is to welcome the sunrise amidst the waves. This trip is the fate of the delegation from the Central University of Art Education and me personally. This time also helps me and everyone slow down and feel the values of life and, more especially, the love for the sea and islands of our Fatherland,” said Ms. Giang.

Also visiting the Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 platform for the first time, Mr. Pham Ba San - Deputy Head of the Department of Basic
Music Knowledge (Faculty
of Music Education, Central University of Art Education), said that the delegation of 14 cadres, lecturers, singers and musicians of the school presented many gifts to the soldiers and people of the islands and DK1/16 Phuc Tan platform to improve their material and spiritual lives, including 5 guitars and special art programs. "To be able to perform for the soldiers in this very special space, for us artists, this will be an honor and experience that not everyone is lucky enough to have," Mr. San shared.
