Haraco reports profit after 2 years of losses

Specifically, Haraco's total consolidated revenue in 2022 will reach more than VND 2,300 billion; profit after corporate income tax will reach VND 4,314 billion.

International intermodal transport output in 2022 reached 894.3 thousand tons, equal to 109% compared to the same period in 2021; of which, imported goods reached 508.2 thousand tons, equal to 100%; exported goods reached 386.1 thousand tons, equal to 107% compared to the same period; freight revenue reached 94.8 billion VND, equal to 108% compared to the same period.

Along with that, synchronously deploying many solutions to organize freight train operations, bringing the revenue of freight trains in 2022 to VND 664.3 billion, equal to 149% compared to the same period in 2021 and equal to 213% compared to the same period in 2019, when there was no epidemic.

In 2023, Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company sets a number of key targets, striving to achieve a total transport revenue of VND 2,189.3 billion (equal to 110% compared to the same period in 2022); of which, freight train revenue is VND 1,100.58 billion; passenger train revenue is VND 1,088.78 billion. Total revenue from transport support services is VND 216.89 billion, equal to 102% compared to 2022. Strive to balance revenue and expenditure in 2023 and continue profitable business.
