Cho Moi District People's Council held a thematic session to pass many important resolutions.

On the morning of April 4, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Cho Moi district held the 21st session (special session) of the 12th term, 2021 - 2026 to resolve arising work between the two sessions under the authority of the District People's Council.

At the meeting, reports on the allocation of staffing targets, adjustments and settlement of financial and budgetary sectors were passed. District People's Council delegates discussed, reviewed and unanimously voted to pass 6 draft resolutions on: Assigning the number of commune-level cadres and civil servants and arranging the number of civil servants for each commune-level civil servant position in 2025; assigning and arranging the number of each position of non-professional workers at the commune level in 2025; settling the state budget revenue and expenditure of Cho Moi district in 2024; adjusting the state budget estimate for 2025 for agencies and units due to mergers and acquisitions; adjusting and supplementing the public investment capital plan for 2025 from the central budget to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021 - 2025; adjusting and supplementing the detailed allocation of the public investment plan for 2025 from the local budget.

The meeting dismissed 3 members of the District People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term: Former Head of the Health Department of Cho Moi District Nguyen Van Danh (transferred to take on the task of a specialist at the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of the district, pending retirement), former Head of the Economic and Infrastructure Department of Cho Moi District Duong Mai Thanh Son (transferred to take on the task of Secretary of the Party Committee of Cho Moi Town), former Head of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Ton Thanh Tam (transferred to take on the task of a specialist at the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of the district, pending retirement). At the same time, the Head of the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Cho Moi District Dang Thi Kim Xuyen was elected as an additional member of the District People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

In her closing speech, Huynh Thi Nguyet Hong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Cho Moi District People's Council, emphasized that with a high sense of responsibility, the meeting completed all the proposed contents and passed 10 important resolutions. Assigning the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees to coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district to supervise the implementation of the resolutions of the District People's Council.
