According to RT , Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced in a video posted on Telegram on July 21 that the third round of direct peace talks between Russia and Ukraine will take place in Turkey on July 23.

Earlier, TASS cited an internal source saying that the new round of negotiations would take place on July 24.
According to President Zelensky, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, who led the Kiev delegation at the previous negotiations, reported on the next talks taking place on July 23.
“I discussed with Mr. Rustem Umerov the preparation of the prisoner exchange and another meeting in Türkiye with the Russian side. Mr. Umerov reported that the talks were scheduled for July 23,” leader Zelensky said.
Mr Zelensky added that Kiev's agenda for the upcoming talks included humanitarian issues, such as a prisoner exchange, and talks on a potential meeting between the two countries' leaders.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stressed that there was a "huge diplomatic task" to be done, as the Russian and Ukrainian peace memorandums were "completely contradictory".
The Ukrainian memorandum calls for a full and unconditional ceasefire. It asserts that Ukraine will not be forced to remain neutral and demands “strong security guarantees” backed by Western countries.
Meanwhile, Russia has voiced its opposition to a British-French-led effort to deploy “peacekeepers” in Ukraine in the event of a ceasefire, warning that any NATO forces on Ukrainian territory – whether “peacekeepers” or not – would be considered a legitimate military target.
