In addition, a number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers wish to resign. Among them, there are people who have 5 years or less until retirement age and people who have more than 5 years to 10 years until retirement age.
The Hue City People's Committee is also soliciting public opinions on a draft document proposing a resolution on support policies for these people. It is estimated that each person will receive an average of about 1.3 billion VND in support and an additional 10% of the policy for early retirees, applicable within the first 6 months from the date of the decision to streamline and reorganize the apparatus. Those who resign due to streamlining the apparatus will also receive an additional 10% of the budget support.
The total amount of money to implement this support is expected to come from the excess budget revenue assigned to Hue City in 2024.
