The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province has issued a Plan on the implementation of non-cash payment in the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits based on the national population database.

Accordingly, the Provincial Social Insurance, People's Committees of communes, wards and relevant agencies and units, according to their functions and tasks, are responsible for organizing the implementation to ensure the completion of targets according to Decision No. 245/QD-BHXH dated October 10, 2025 of the Provincial Social Insurance on assigning targets to mobilize and encourage people to receive social insurance benefits through non-cash payment methods in 2025. Strive to have over 94% of people receiving pensions and social insurance benefits through non-cash payment methods by the end of 2025; maintain over 99% of people receiving one-time social insurance using non-cash payment methods.
