On November 8, at the Provincial Information - Conference Center, the Department of Industry and Trade held a conference to summarize the Project on Continuing to develop brands of key products of Hung Yen province in the period of 2020 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 (Project).
After 4 years of implementation, the Project has completed the goal of supporting brand development for 15 key products of the province, including: Hung Yen longan; Hung Yen longan honey; Dong Tao chicken; Chi Tan turmeric and turmeric products; Hung Yen egg lychee; Hung Yen orange; Hung Yen longan; Xuan Quan flowers and ornamental plants; pink banana; Ban soy sauce; Hoa Phong wood; Hung Yen fragrant sticky rice; Phung Cong rice cake; Hung Yen lotus and lotus products; Cao village incense.
The group of 15 key products of the province is increasingly more professional in form, more stable in quality, more popular in reaching consumers, contributing to improving economic efficiency and promoting the land and people of Hung Yen to domestic and foreign partners.
In addition, the Project has contributed to helping businesses, cooperatives, production and trading establishments of key products of the province and people in the area implementing the Project to clearly and fully recognize the benefits brought by product brands...
Based on the positive results of the Project, the Department of Industry and Trade will develop a specific plan to report to the Provincial People's Committee for permission to continue implementing the Project in the period of 2026-2030. Accordingly, in the period of 2026-2030, the Department will review and select 10 truly typical key products of the province, and at the same time, select 10 enterprises and establishments with the capacity and development aspirations to represent 10 products to support brand development...
