DTO - Since the beginning of 2025, Dong Thap Employment Service Center has organized many consulting and job introduction activities for workers working in and outside the province, and abroad. At the same time, it has created favorable conditions for recruitment partners to meet workers, provide orientation training, and support workers with necessary procedures to go abroad to work with high income and stabilize their lives.

Dong Thap Employment Service Center offers a variety of career and job counseling services directly to workers, combined with counseling through Job Transaction sessions, on the center's Facebook page, Fanpage, and Website, helping workers conveniently access information related to recruitment needs in and outside the province and abroad. After the merger, the center's scale of operations has been increased and expanded. The Employment Service Center promotes online counseling and digital transformation applications, so workers save costs and travel time in the process of contacting to find jobs.
With its strengths in orientation, consulting, and job referrals for workers going to work abroad, up to now, the whole province has more than 1,200 workers who have gone abroad to work for a limited period under contracts. The majority of workers have stable workplaces, high incomes, and are highly appreciated by companies, unions, and farmers for their working style, diligence, and hard work. Currently, in addition to coordinating the recruitment of workers to work in and outside the province, for the Program of sending workers to work abroad, Dong Thap Employment Service Center is a unit highly appreciated by labor recruitment partners in the work of selecting labor resources to meet employment needs in the markets: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc.
In particular, Dong Thap Employment Service Center is highly appreciated by the Overseas Labor Center (under the Ministry of Home Affairs ) in coordinating the implementation of non-profit programs. Including the Program of sending workers to work in Taiwan under the form of direct selection, which has been implemented by the Overseas Labor Center since 2016. Workers participating in the program have low participation costs, quick exit opportunities, orders that do not require high foreign language skills, and high income from 25 - 30 million VND/month.
Mr. Dang Huy Hong - Director of the Overseas Labor Center, said: “We have chosen Dong Thap Employment Service Center for long-term cooperation in the past time because the Center has done a very good job of selecting labor resources and training workers before leaving the country. Dong Thap province has been coordinating to implement work programs in Japan, Korea, the Federal Republic of Germany, and Taiwan with the Overseas Labor Center. Currently, there are 1,600 workers working under non-profit programs, and workers are supported with many expenses. With the advantages in coordination, we hope to continue to work with the Department of Home Affairs and Dong Thap Employment Service Center to promote and disseminate more widely the programs that the Center is implementing so that people in the province and the Mekong Delta provinces can access more information about non-profit programs”.
In the coming time, Dong Thap Employment Service Center will proactively study, survey, and research to expand the foreign labor market, aiming at the high-income labor market; pay attention to implementing well the appraisal and selection of orders suitable to the situation and conditions of Dong Thap workers; maintain the effectiveness of propaganda work on the province's support policies and guidelines on mass media; "Real people, real jobs" role models share experiences and achievements after working abroad for a limited period under contracts. Dong Thap Employment Service Center will coordinate with partners and related units to provide training in expertise, techniques, orientation education , foreign language knowledge, and foster awareness of law compliance among workers to maintain the Dong Thap labor brand in the international labor environment.
