“From the findings on shortcomings and limitations in positive law as well as in practice, the workshop will propose solutions to promote the principle of 'harmonized benefits, shared risks', perfecting institutions to attract domestic and foreign investors for the next strong development stage of the country, a strategy to bring the country into a new era, an era of national growth”, said Mr. Vu Hoai Nam, Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Law Newspaper ( Ministry of Justice ), the unit hosting the workshop.

It is expected that about 150 delegates from state management agencies, international organizations, investors, and domestic and foreign enterprises will attend the conference. More than 30 topics and presentations will be presented at the conference.

According to the organizers, the conference will have many discussions about land issues, because that is the field with the most bottlenecks and problems, so we should try to identify risks in that field.

The workshop also sought to identify international universal requirements and specific requirements in the Vietnamese context that the principle of “Harmonious benefits, shared risks” poses in relation to current institutions and future improvements, identifying solutions that can promote the principle of “Harmonious benefits, shared risks” to become a driving force for attracting investment for the country’s development.
