Hon Cau still has a number of tourists visiting every day, taking check-in photos and swimming in the sea. However, because there are no services such as food, accommodation..., people often leave early and do not stay long.
Mr. Phan Van Thuyen, Chairman of Dien Hai Commune, said that the government had previously announced that people should vacate their rooms themselves, but they had not complied, leaving Hon Cau in a state of desolation.
"The locality is calling for businesses to invest and exploit the tourism potential in Hon Cau. Currently, a unit is conducting a survey. Hopefully, in the near future, the tourism situation here will improve," said Mr. Thuyen.
