Since midnight, all group pages for students and parents in Ho Chi Minh City have been buzzing with information about looking up 10th grade exam scores in 2025. Information about the time of score announcement is constantly updated, even if it is just "corridor news" or even a joke.
Every few minutes, a message pops up: "Have you got your scores yet?". Occasionally, a message: "I can see my scores" or a photo of last year's test scores makes everyone clamor for the lookup link.
Many candidates worry about not getting the desired test scores and not knowing how to tell their parents.
Nervous, worried and hopeful, many students stayed up all night waiting for their exam scores to determine their next stage of education.

“I was so nervous, so nervous that I couldn’t sleep. Last year, the results were announced at 9am, but some students were able to check at 4am, so I decided to wait. I kept going from one search page to another,” Ngoc Bich (a student from District 5) shared.
Ngoc Bich said she and her close friends created a chat group, constantly updating each other's situation and encouraging each other.
"It was almost 1am and still nothing had happened. Everyone was getting impatient but no one wanted to go to sleep. We even made an appointment that if anyone overslept, we would call them when we got the score. If we couldn't call them, we would call our parents," Bich said.
Many families are also breathing the same breath as their children. Ms. Phan Nga (a parent in Thu Duc) said that since last night, the atmosphere of anticipation has started to heat up in her child's class.
"My son kept pacing back and forth, occasionally asking, 'Mom, how many points do I get? It doesn't seem like there are many high scores this year.' My husband and I were also worried about him, even though we didn't say it, we were also very worried. After he finished the exam, we also had to bear some of the pressure with him," said Ms. Nga.
As planned, at around 8:30 this morning, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City officially opened the portal to look up exam scores.
Parents and candidates can look up at the address (copy the link and paste it into the browser):

Parents and students should note that recently there have been fake links to check exam scores and fake QR codes, so be extremely careful when clicking on strange links.
The 10th grade entrance exam has long been considered more stressful than the university entrance exam. However, according to initial records, this year's exam scores are quite positive.
Along with that, the competition rate has decreased sharply, the admission rate has increased to approximately 92%. Therefore, the candidates' chances of being admitted have increased to an unprecedented level and candidates can "relax" more while waiting for their exam scores and benchmark scores.

According to the plan of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, from 8:00 this morning, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City will meet with school leaders to unify and announce the standard scores for specialized grade 10 of the two specialized high schools Le Hong Phong and Tran Dai Nghia and the standard scores for integrated grade 10 for high schools enrolling in integrated programs.
Candidates admitted to specialized or integrated grade 10 must confirm their admission by June 25. If they do not confirm their admission, they will be considered for admission based on their 3 regular grade 10 preferences.
It is expected that the standard scores for regular classes will be announced on the morning of June 26.
