TPO - In recent days, many students, teachers, and parents in Vinh City ( Nghe An ) have been eagerly participating in the program "What I want to say: Preventing smoking, e-cigarettes and new addictive substances" organized by Tien Phong Newspaper in coordination with Nghe An Department of Education and Training, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union at Ha Huy Tap High School.
