Ha Nam Provincial People's Council passed 27 important Resolutions on socio-economic development.

With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the delegates of the People's Council of Ha Nam province actively discussed and contributed many important opinions to 13 Reports and considered and decided to pass 27 Resolutions according to their authority with high consensus of 100% of the delegates of the People's Council of the province.

The Provincial People's Council has reviewed, discussed and unanimously approved 27 Resolutions according to the proposed Program. The contents of the Resolutions are very important, promptly meeting the requirements and tasks of socio -economic development of the province. They are the basis and important legal basis for the Provincial People's Committee, all levels and sectors to organize implementation, ensuring the completion of the goals, targets and tasks of the 2024 plan. And for the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, Voters and People to supervise the activities of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies.

At the session, the Provincial People's Council conducted a session to respond to voters' opinions and recommendations, question and answer questions, in the spirit of innovation; in a democratic, enthusiastic, constructive, frank and responsible atmosphere.

In her concluding remarks at the meeting, Comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Council, emphasized that 2024 is a very important year, determining the successful implementation of the goals, targets and tasks of the entire term; the results achieved in the first 6 months of the year are an important basis for the good implementation of the tasks of the remaining 6 months.

Pay attention to investing resources in cultural development; continue to maintain and improve the quality of education and training; prepare well for the opening of the new school year 2024-2025; continue to attract workers, meet the needs of factories and industrial parks; effectively implement policies and mechanisms to support vocational training; improve the quality of human resources; create jobs for workers. Improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, ensure adequate medicine, equipment and medical supplies; promptly research and advise on mechanisms and policies to attract doctors to provincial hospitals.
