The first meeting of the Binh Hoa Commune Preparatory Committee

On the afternoon of June 17, the Preparatory Committee of Binh Hoa Commune (new) held its first conference to implement tasks related to organization, personnel, preparation of congress documents, arrangement and layout of working offices, handling of finance, public assets, management of records and documents to prepare for the operation of the new commune. At the conference, the Preparatory Committee of Binh Hoa commune (new) announced Resolution No. 1654/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of An Giang province in 2025; announced the Decision on the establishment of the Preparatory Committee to pilot the operation of agencies and organizations in the political system of communes and wards in An Giang province; approved the plan to organize the pilot operation of the operations of Party, government and Fatherland Front agencies of Binh Hoa commune (new).

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Chairman of the An Giang Farmers' Association, Head of the Preparatory Committee of Binh Hoa Commune, Le Phuoc Dung, suggested: According to the assigned functions and tasks, the Preparatory Committee closely follows the policies, conclusions, and directions of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; proactively reviews and promptly implements tasks related to organization and personnel work, preparing congress documents, arranging and assigning working offices, handling finances and public assets, and managing records and documents of the new commune.

At the same time, urgently establish Party building teams, People's Council teams, government teams, Fatherland Front teams, congress document drafting teams, and security and order assurance teams to perform functions and tasks according to regulations and instructions to ensure the trial operation of the new commune; focus on drafting documents for the new commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; ensure the smooth, effective and efficient operation of the new commune's Public Administration Center. Strengthen extensive propaganda among the people about the establishment and operation of the new commune; ensure security, order, and social order and safety during the arrangement, operation and operation of the new commune from July 1, 2025.
