Appraisal Council surveys and inspects infrastructure for implementing electronic medical records

The appraisal council directly surveyed and inspected the infrastructure, the current status of the implementation of electronic medical records, the medical examination process at the departments: Examination Department, Laboratory - Diagnostic Imaging Department, Ultrasound... inpatient treatment process; paraclinical implementation process using the 2-way PACS - RIS System... Thereby, comparing with the criteria specified in Circular 54/2017/TT-BYT, Circular 46/2018/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health . The appraisal council voted and 100% agreed that An Giang Cardiovascular Hospital met the standards and conditions to implement electronic medical records.
Concluding the appraisal session, Dr. Doan Thanh Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, congratulated and highly appreciated the efforts of An Giang Cardiovascular Hospital in paying attention to, investing in and promoting the application of information technology in the hospital, investing in departments, fully equipping information technology equipment to move towards recognition of completely replacing paper medical records according to the roadmap, smart medical management, improving the quality of service for the people. At the same time, he requested that the hospital continue to improve, so that the process of implementing electronic medical records takes place safely and in accordance with regulations. Each department proactively implements the pilot implementation step by step, completely eliminating paper medical records.
Master, Doctor Bui Huu Minh Tri, Director of An Giang Cardiovascular Hospital, thanked the Appraisal Council for their support and comments to complete the implementation of electronic medical records. The hospital will continue to invest and implement strong solutions to deploy electronic medical records, effectively serving management and serving the people.
