(CT) - On June 18, the Social Insurance (SI) of region XXX held a meeting to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025). Attending the meeting were representatives of media agencies and press in Can Tho city, Soc Trang province and Hau Giang province.

Speaking at the meeting, the leaders of the Social Insurance of Region XXX sent their best wishes to the team of journalists in the area. In recent times, the Social Insurance of Region XXX (based on the merger of Can Tho City Social Insurance, Hau Giang Province Social Insurance and Soc Trang Province Social Insurance) has been implementing social security policies in the area with many practical results. As of May 31, 2025, the number of people participating in social insurance was 367,436 people, unemployment insurance was 274,317 people and health insurance was 2,932,358 people, reaching a coverage rate of 91.59% of the population...
