On September 17, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee held a conference to disseminate and deploy a number of documents of the Central Government, the Province, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee and to train on Digital Transformation in 2025.

The conference took place in one day with two contents: disseminating a number of documents of the Central Government, the province, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, and training on digital transformation.

At the Conference, the delegates were informed by the Provincial Party Committee of the People's Committee of a number of documents of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee, including: Resolution No. 01-NQ/DU dated July 26, 2025, Resolution of the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; Regulation No. 296-QD/TW dated May 30, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party; Instruction No. 19-HD/UBKTTW dated August 25, 2025 of the Central Inspection Committee on handling denunciations and complaints about the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the term 2026 - 2031 of Party committees, Party organizations, and inspection committees at all levels; Plan No. 12-KH/DU dated September 11, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee on "Promoting administrative reform in the Party" in 2025; Plan No. 20a-KH/DU dated May 30, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee on implementing the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies.

The dissemination and implementation of documents of the Central, the province, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee aims to raise awareness, create consensus among cadres, party members and the participation of the entire political system in implementation, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks of each agency and unit.

After the program of document dissemination, the delegates continued to listen to the reporter of the Center for Information Technology and Testing, Department of Science and Technology of the province training on Digital Transformation with the following topics: Artificial Intelligence AI; popular AI applications (Chat GPT, Gemini...), application of artificial intelligence (AI) in processing professional work; Information security and fraud prevention in the digital environment; some general principles in using large language models (Chatbot AI) for work... According to the assessment of the reporters at the training conference, in the context of the artificial intelligence (AI) technology industry is developing strongly and widely in most areas of social life, the application of large language models in a reasonable and appropriate way to work is an inevitable trend. This not only helps to improve labor productivity, but also contributes to shortening work processing time, improving quality and efficiency in performing tasks. However, in the process of using these large language models (AI Chatbots), the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees in general and Son La province in particular, must strictly comply with the general rules clearly stated in Official Dispatch 557/BKHCN-CĐSQG dated March 31, 2025 of the Ministry of Science and Technology . Strictly following these principles is a prerequisite to ensure information security for users as well as to avoid unwanted consequences during use.
