The appraisal council is chaired by Deputy Director of the Department of Health Doan Thanh Hung; Director of Phu Tan District Medical Center, MD.CKI Truong Tan Thanh, is permanent Vice Chairman.
After listening to the report, the Appraisal Council directly surveyed and inspected the infrastructure and the current status of software operations at departments such as: Examination Department, Diagnostic Imaging Department, Laboratory Department, Pediatrics Department and Emergency - Intensive Care and Anti-Poison Department. Thereby, comparing with the criteria specified in Circular 54/2017/TT-BYT; Circular 46/2018/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health . At the same time, the Appraisal Council voted and agreed that Phu Tan District Medical Center is qualified to deploy electronic medical records to completely replace paper medical records.
Concluding the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Health Doan Thanh Hung highly appreciated the efforts of the District Health Center in implementing electronic medical records. At the same time, he requested that the Board of Directors of the District Health Center continue to invest in more infrastructure and information technology equipment; propagate to all medical staff to actively implement electronic medical records; supplement some of the delegation's suggestions, complete the documents to submit to competent authorities for official approval.
This is an important stepping stone towards smart healthcare management, contributing to improving the quality of service to people and the operational efficiency of the local healthcare sector.
