Conference to summarize the cooperation program of the Industry and Trade sector and connect supply and demand of goods in Ca Mau - Bac Lieu - Ninh Binh in 2025

On May 6, 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade of Ca Mau province chaired and organized a conference to summarize the cooperation program of the Industry and Trade sector between the three provinces of Ca Mau - Bac Lieu - Ninh Binh for the period 2022 - 2025; coordinated to organize a conference to connect supply and demand of goods.

Attending the Conference were representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade of 3 provinces: Ca Mau, Bac Lieu , Ninh Binh and representatives of departments, branches, units of Ca Mau province such as: Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Farmers' Association; Women's Union; ... with 30 enterprises, cooperatives, production establishments which are production and distribution units of 3 provinces: Ca Mau, Bac Lieu, Ninh Binh.

Conference Overview

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Chi Thien - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Ca Mau province hoped that the agencies, units, enterprises, cooperatives, and production and business establishments attending the Conference would be an effective bridge for enterprises of the three provinces in long-term cooperation and development; especially in promoting two-way trade activities in the coming time.

Within the framework of the Conference, the Organizing Committee arranged an exhibition and product introduction area to facilitate businesses and cooperatives from 03 provinces to participate in promoting and providing information about products and goods to partners.

After visiting and learning about the goods at the exhibition area, businesses from the two provinces of Ca Mau and Ninh Binh signed 16 memorandums of understanding.

Speaking at the end of the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Chi Thien highly appreciated the results of coordination between the three provinces in the recent past; however, in addition to the achieved results, Mr. Nguyen Chi Thien also pointed out some limitations that led to the connection efficiency not achieving the expected results such as geographical distance, regional differences, etc. Through the Conferences connecting supply and demand of goods, with the memorandums of cooperation between enterprises and distributors of Ca Mau and Ninh Binh provinces, it will be an effective connection channel, helping products get closer to consumers. Thereby, helping the three provinces receive more market information, contributing to the orientation of production development, increasing the added value of products of each locality. The organizations, agencies and more than 30 enterprises present today will be an effective bridge for the relationship between Ca Mau enterprises with Bac Lieu and Ninh Binh in long-term cooperation and development, especially in promoting trade activities in the coming time.
