The exhibition introduces 70 unique photos created by 7 photographers (including Nguyen Trang Kim Cuong, Pho Ba Cuong, Bui Quang Vu, Vu Duy Boi, Tran Dac Hung, Dao Van Su and Pham Duc Minh) during their working and creative trips to Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 platform in April and May.
Each work is a true and touching slice of life and spirit of the soldiers and civilians at the forefront. Moments such as the incense offering ceremony in memory of Uncle Ho at the temple on Truong Sa island, the image of sailors burning incense before the ship set sail, or his sacred saying “The Hung Kings have the merit of building the country, we must work together to protect the country” are deeply engraved in the hearts of the marine soldiers, all conveyed in the emotional language of photography.
