More than 300 OCOP products, the main products displayed at the Culture - Tourism Week of Bac Giang province

BAC GIANG - Within the framework of the Culture - Tourism Week of Bac Giang province and the opening of Tay Yen Tu spring festival in 2025, on February 8, the People's Committee of Son Dong district organized the opening of a booth to introduce and promote OCOP products, key and typical products of the province.

Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of leaders of a number of units and localities.

Delegates cut the ribbon to open the exhibition booth introducing and promoting OCOP products, key and typical products of the province.

In his opening speech, a representative of the People's Committee of Son Dong district informed that after 6 years of implementing the OCOP program, the typical products of Bac Giang province have gradually developed in both quantity and quality. In Son Dong district, up to now, there are 19 products recognized as 3-star OCOP.

To promote and introduce OCOP products, key products, and typical products of localities to tourists, the People's Committee of Son Dong district coordinated to organize 18 exhibition booths for promotion and introduction. Of which, there are 9 exhibition booths of districts, towns, and cities in the province (Chu town did not participate); 3 exhibition booths of districts: Huu Lung, Chi Lang (Lang Son), Tan Lac ( Hoa Binh ); the rest are of enterprises inside and outside the province.

Here, units, localities and enterprises display and promote more than 300 OCOP products, key and typical products such as: dried lychee, orange, grapefruit (Luc Ngan); Van banh chung, rau celery (Hiep Hoa); Van village wine (Viet Yen); honey, purple morinda (Son Dong); yellow flower tea, Truong Tho cordyceps (Luc Nam); chicken sausage, Cao Lan smoked pork (Yen The); products from Danh mountain ginseng (Tan Yen)... With good quality and eye-catching designs, the booths have attracted thousands of visitors to visit and shop.

As planned, the exhibition booths will open from February 8 to 9 to serve the needs of tourists visiting and worshiping at Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecological tourist area.
