At the 11th International Food Festival in 2023, Ha Tinh participated in displaying more than 40 typical rural industrial products, OCOP products, and typical products of the province.
The 11th International Food Festival 2023 will be held from December 9-10 at Van Phuc Diplomatic Compound, Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
This program is organized annually by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs . This is an opportunity for countries to exchange cultures, increase mutual understanding, and introduce the country and people of Vietnam to international friends.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang and delegates cut the ribbon to open the program.
The highlight of this year's event is the largest number of participating booths ever with 150 booths from embassies, foreign cultural centers, foreign affairs departments representing domestic provinces and cities, businesses and units within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Activities within the framework of the event include: introducing typical cuisine of Vietnam and other countries; cultural and artistic exchange; displaying and selling local specialties; and raising funds for charity.

Participating in the festival, Ha Tinh displayed a booth introducing more than 40 typical rural industrial products, OCOP products, and typical products with export potential of the province such as: Huong Son deer antlers, Vu Quang oranges, Thuong Loc crispy oranges, Huong Khe agarwood, Ha Tinh cu do, Ngoc germ rice, Hanoi - Nghe Tinh beer, Tay Son tea, lotus tea, brown rice, sesame rice paper...
Domestic and foreign customers are interested in learning about Ha Tinh products.
Images of foreign ambassadors and diplomats personally preparing their country's national dishes, sending love to participants of the International Food Festival and traditional cultural and artistic performances of the countries also made a strong impression.
After more than a decade, the event still retains its unique, fresh, vibrant features, and is warmly welcomed and enthusiastically attended by visitors. This year's International Food Festival will also bring visitors a unique culinary and cultural space of 10 Southeast Asian countries; demonstrating the role of connection and solidarity between ASEAN countries, as well as between the ASEAN community and international friends.

It is known that this year is the first time Ha Tinh has participated in the International Food Festival. This is a good opportunity for businesses, cooperatives, and production facilities to promote their brands, business activities, and products to international friends and tourists participating in the festival. Thereby, finding partners, expanding investment and business cooperation, developing sustainable production, and enhancing product value.
