More than 700 people participated in the 42nd Dong A University Blood Donation Festival

The voluntary blood donation festival is organized annually by Dong A University to spread humanistic values ​​and connect love to many lecturers and students who register and participate. Thereby, adding hope and life to those who are in real need of help with timely blood supply.

At the end of the festival, the organizers collected 354 units of blood. Since 2024, the total number of blood units collected in the school's blood donation festivals is 1,525 units.

According to the leaders of Dong A University, with 42 voluntary blood donation days in recent years, Dong A University students have shared 13,811 units of blood with the community. It is expected that in 2025, the school will organize 2-3 voluntary blood donation days at the school.

It is known that in 2024, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dong A University was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City for its outstanding achievements in propaganda and mobilization of voluntary blood donation. Dong A University is also the unit honored by the Da Nang City Youth Union in the community contribution category for voluntary blood donation activities for 5 consecutive years.
