- On the afternoon of May 8, the Jury of the 54th UPU International Letter Writing Competition (2025) at the provincial level, chaired by the leaders of the Department of Science and Technology, met to agree on the scoring results; propose a list of prizes for the provincial competition to be submitted to the Organizing Committee for recognition.
The theme of the 54th UPU International Letter Writing Competition 2025 is "Imagine you are the ocean. Write a letter to someone explaining why and how they should take good care of you and protect you".
In the province, the contest was launched at the end of 2024. As of February 25, 2025, the Organizing Committee has received 547 entries from students in districts and cities. Through the preliminary round scoring results, the Jury has selected 46 excellent entries to score at the provincial level. Compared to 2024, the quality of this year's entries has been improved, with investment in content and form. However, the number of qualified entries is not uniform, only concentrated in a number of schools and districts that have invested and paid attention to organizing the contest well...
After reviewing and evaluating, the Jury of the UPU International Letter Writing Competition at the provincial level has agreed on the scoring results and proposed a list of 19 individuals and groups for the Organizing Committee to recognize the results. Of which, 16 individuals with high-quality entries were selected by the Jury and proposed that the Organizing Committee consider awarding 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 10 consolation prizes; proposing to reward 3 groups that did well in organizing and implementing the competition, had a high number of entries and had entries that won provincial prizes.
The Organizing Committee is expected to announce the results and award prizes at the launching ceremony of the 55th UPU competition (2026).
