- At 00:10, May 29, in Po Rieng village, Xuat Le commune, Cao Loc district, Lang Son province, the working group of Ba Son Border Guard Station discovered a closed-box truck with license plate 29C-40580 moving from the border to the inland with suspicious signs.
The task force signaled the vehicle to stop for inspection and discovered several sacks of pineapples containing sausages, with Chinese writing on the outside of the sacks, but the driver could not produce any documents proving their origin. The driver stated his name as Nong Quoc Binh, born in 2001, residing in Thach Khuyen village, Xuat Le commune, Cao Loc district.
Considering that the subject Binh showed signs of violating the law by transporting goods of unknown origin, the working group proceeded to draw up a record of administrative violations and brought the subject and all evidence and means to the station for further verification and clarification.
At Ba Son Border Guard Station, Nong Quoc Binh admitted that he was transporting 60 kg of Chinese sausages from landmark 1206, Po Ma village, Xuat Le commune to Ban Ranh village, Xuat Le commune to sell for profit.
Currently, Ba Son Border Guard Station is completing the dossier to handle Nong Quoc Binh according to the provisions of law.
