Final parade rehearsal - 9 helicopters fly over Hanoi sky

Previously, on the morning of April 4, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense and General To Lam - Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security - chaired the inspection of training and joint training of forces participating in the parade to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Leaders of the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security inspected the contents of the award ceremony and ritual; parade, including the ceremonial and parade blocks of the Army, militia and self-defense forces; the parade blocks of the Police and other forces.

According to the Decision approving the Project to organize a military parade in the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), the Celebration will have many forces participating, including artillery forces and air forces flying in to welcome. At the parade, there will be 9 helicopters carrying the Party flag and the National flag flying over the main stage; 4 ceremonial blocks; 24 armed forces blocks (Army, Militia, Public Security); 9 mass parade blocks (Dien Bien province presides over, in coordination with local ministries and branches to take charge of 8 blocks) and an art parade block.
