Merging business associations of two provinces after merger

The People's Committee of Dak Lak province has just issued a decision to allow the merger of the Dak Lak Provincial Business Association (old) and the Phu Yen Provincial Business Association (old) into the Dak Lak Provincial Business Association.

Representatives of the executive boards of the two associations at the conference approved the merger project.

According to the decision, within 30 days from the effective date, the two old associations are responsible for handing over all assets, finances, personnel organization, rights and obligations to the Dak Lak Provincial Business Association; at the same time, terminate operations and return their seals as prescribed.

The Dak Lak Provincial Business Association after the merger is a voluntary social-professional organization of businesses, entrepreneurs and economic sectors in the province. The Association has legal status, its own seal and account, self-guarantees its own funding and means of operation, and is subject to the management of state agencies according to regulations.

This decision marks a step in perfecting the organization, aiming to promote the role of a bridge between the business community and the government, promoting the socio-economic development of Dak Lak province in the new period.
