With a proactive approach to listening and promptly grasping ideological developments from the grassroots, the leaders of Buon Ho ward organized delegations to visit and meet with representatives of religious establishments located in the area to listen to opinions, understand the thoughts, feelings, and aspirations of these religious establishments after changes in administrative boundaries or organizational structure due to mergers.

According to Nguyen Ngoc Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Ho Ward, there are currently 10 religious establishments in the ward, including 4 large parishes. Meeting with representatives of these religious establishments not only helps to enhance understanding, build trust, and strengthen national unity, but also allows for timely listening and support to address emerging issues, contributing to the economic , cultural, and social development of the country.
Along with that, the local government has organized meetings with village and hamlet officials to grasp the concerns and difficulties related to projects and works being implemented in the area to have timely solutions. Recently, the Ward Party Committee has organized meetings and dialogues with businesses and production and business establishments operating in the ward to inform about the operation situation and implementation results of the two-level local government; at the same time, for representatives of businesses to share difficulties and problems as well as to propose and recommend to contribute to perfecting policies and mechanisms to support businesses.
Representatives of the ward's People's Council also held meetings with voters to listen to people's opinions and suggestions regarding the use of the merged office building and facilities to avoid waste; investment in upgrading transportation infrastructure and reinforcing damaged canals and ditches; compensation payments for land clearance; planning of residential areas and hospital areas; environmental pollution, etc. Through these meetings, local leaders promptly answered questions and provided information to help people understand, as well as compiling reports for the competent authorities to consider and resolve.

Not only in Buon Ho and Cu Bao wards, but also in other wards across the province, Party committees and local authorities have focused on innovating leadership and management methods, promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and other mass organizations, and effectively implementing grassroots democracy regulations. They have directed the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations to disseminate information to all segments of the population, including members, to ensure timely understanding of the Party's viewpoints and policies on the reorganization of administrative units at all levels and the construction of a two-tiered local government model.
