At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee reviewed and gave opinions according to their authority on: Adjusting the confirmation of registration of area, capacity, volume, method, equipment, and plan for exploiting minerals for common construction materials on Hau River in Tan Hoa and Tan Trung communes (Phu Tan district) and Binh Thuy commune (Chau Phu district) according to Report 242/TTr-SNNMT, dated April 28, 2025 of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; adjusting and supplementing the confirmation of the volume of minerals recovered during the implementation of the project to dredge and regulate the flow of the Vam Nao River to limit landslides in My Hoi Dong and Kien An communes (Cho Moi district) according to Report 243/TTr-SNNMT, dated April 28, 2025 of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Issuance of the Decision approving the list of civil servants allowed to quit their jobs and the implementation costs according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government.

The meeting also gave opinions on the submissions of the Provincial People's Committee to the Provincial People's Council on: Draft Resolution approving the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province; Draft Resolution to cancel the list of projects with land acquisition in 2022 issued with Resolution 05/NQ-HDND, dated April 14, 2022; Draft Resolution on the list of projects changing the purpose of using protective forest land in 2025; supplementing the list of projects with land acquisition and changing the purpose of using rice land in 2025 issued with Resolution 71/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council. At the same time, discussed the content of asking for opinions from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to consider awarding the title of "People's Artisan" in the field of intangible cultural heritage of An Giang province for the 4th time; Solutions to resolve land issues in implementing the Program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province...

After listening to the report at the meeting, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung requested that the agencies, units, departments and branches assigned by the Provincial People's Committee, responsible for performing tasks according to their authority, fully absorb the comments and contributions, review the content according to the discussion, ensure the correct order and procedures; promptly edit, supplement and complete, continue to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and issuance of appropriate documents in accordance with regulations. Thereby, contributing to the province's management and implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the area in the coming time...
