Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department said that in order to achieve the goal of eliminating lump-sum tax, close coordination between the Tax authority and partners in the financial-technology ecosystem is extremely important. The Tax sector highly appreciates the accompanying role of commercial banks, enterprises providing electronic invoice software, sales software and payment intermediary organizations. These are key partners to help business households access digital technology , improve management capacity, form cashless payment habits and promote transparent and effective business activities.
He added that in the context of urgent conversion requirements, BIDV has participated in providing support solutions such as tax payment utilities on the SmartBanking application, sales management and electronic invoice issuance platform, and support programs for business households in 2025. “Today's signing ceremony marks a new development step in the coordination process between BIDV and the Tax sector, aiming to help business households prepare to convert from lump-sum tax to declared tax, access digital technology more conveniently and improve the level of legal compliance,” he said.
Mr. Mai Son emphasized that the goal of the Tax Department is not only to support business households to comply with regulations, but also to create a foundation for them to improve their management capacity, gradually develop sustainably and have the conditions to transform into enterprises when they have enough demand and scale. The cooperation agreement, according to him, will be the foundation for deeper cooperation in the future, towards building a transparent, convenient and modern financial-tax ecosystem.
Mr. Le Ngoc Lam - General Director of BIDV affirmed: "In the important transformation process of the Tax industry and business households, BIDV has fully prepared resources, from technology platform, human resources to a full product-service ecosystem, including: Solutions to support business households in sales management, revenue management and tax obligations; Non-cash payment solutions; Credit solutions to support capital for business households...

Mr. Mai Son said that this transformation process takes place in the context of a strong change in the business model of individual households: multi-platform sales, cashless payments and digital software applications in daily operations. Therefore, the Tax sector needs to mobilize the participation of banks, technology enterprises and tax agents to form a synchronous support network.
From the perspective of a credit institution, Mr. Le Ngoc Lam shared that BIDV has prepared resources to coordinate with the Tax sector during the peak period. Meanwhile, Ms. Duyen Hai assessed that the activities of "going to every alley, to every household" during the 60-day peak campaign have helped taxpayers to be less worried, and at the same time showed an unprecedented level of synchronous participation from the support forces.
Also at the signing ceremony, BIDV introduced the MyShop Pro platform - a sales, invoice and payment management system integrated into the digital banking application. This is considered a new technology option to help business households manage revenue for tax declaration more conveniently, reduce errors and save software costs.
According to Ms. Le Thi Thanh Yen - Deputy Director of BIDV Retail Products Department, MyShop Pro aims to support business households in managing orders, revenue and expenditure, electronic invoices and data storage. Free use until the end of 2025 is to create conditions for business households to access digital tools early in the transition period.
