The most noticeable change is in Ea Uôl village, once considered a disadvantaged area of Cư Pui commune. The villagers are mostly migrants from northern provinces, starting with "five lacks" (no electricity, no roads, no schools, no health stations, and no arable land). Access to the village was difficult, making the transportation of agricultural products and schooling extremely challenging. However, with investment and support from the government, the people of Ea Uôl village have actively contributed to building rural infrastructure over the years.
Mr. Sinh Chang Pao, Head of Ea Uol village, said that during the implementation of the National Target Program for New Rural Development, the village invited the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and residents to meetings and agree on methods. Emphasis was placed on mobilizing residents to contribute labor and resources to build infrastructure such as electricity, roads, schools, and health stations. For example, for the Hoa Po Lang Kindergarten in the village, residents contributed funds to purchase land and labor to build it.
Ms. Song Thi Tong, a resident of Ea Uol village, shared: “Thanks to the commune and village's efforts in disseminating information about the purpose and significance of the New Rural Development program, I and other villagers have voluntarily donated land to build roads and schools so that children in the village do not have to travel tens of kilometers to get to school.”

This spirit of "the Party's will and the people's hearts" has spread, helping to pave internal roads in villages and hamlets within Cu Pui commune with concrete, extend national power grid coverage, build community centers, and significantly improve people's incomes.
In conjunction with launching the "All People Join Hands to Build New Rural Areas" emulation movement, Cu Pui commune has proactively developed many solutions, focusing on mobilizing investment resources linked to socio -economic development tasks to improve the material and spiritual quality of life for the people and create an increasingly modern rural landscape. Along with the effective use, maintenance, and upgrading of rural road infrastructure, the commune has invested in building standard, planned, and connected village and hamlet main roads to the provincial transportation system, creating favorable conditions for transportation and goods delivery for people within and outside the locality.
Alongside the transportation criteria, the commune effectively implements the planning and development of key commodity production, linked with restructuring agricultural production and gradually transforming the structure of crops and livestock in agriculture. In addition to investing in the construction of educational facilities that meet national standards to improve the quality of education, the commune continues to implement solutions to increase the employment rate of trained workers; improve the quality of primary healthcare for the people; and enhance the quality of cultural, artistic, and sports activities.

Investment in the domestic water supply system has also been prioritized to ensure the provision of clean water for residents in the area. The commune has also actively invested in and mobilized the people to build a bright, green, clean, and beautiful rural landscape. At the same time, it continues to expand the self-governance model for security; and propagates and mobilizes people to participate in the "All People Protect National Security" movement to ensure security and order in the area.
According to Nguyen Minh Nghiep, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Pui commune, the results of the New Rural Development Program in the commune are reflected in the focus on investing in essential infrastructure such as roads, schools, and cultural facilities. At the same time, the locality has successfully reduced the poverty rate, achieving and exceeding the annual targets set by the province and the commune. Another important result is the significant transformation of the rural landscape, and the material and spiritual lives of the people have also been gradually improved and enhanced.
To implement this program, the locality has identified three main resources and maximized their utilization: funding from the central and provincial governments; social mobilization through soliciting contributions from businesses, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the locality; and finally, the participation and contributions of the people themselves. In particular, the solution for effective social mobilization is to focus on practical approaches, clearly demonstrating the work and producing concrete products or results so that investors and organizations can see the effectiveness, thereby increasing their contributions.
