Binh Lieu District: Announcing the decision to establish Party Committees of Party agencies

On the morning of February 6, Binh Lieu District Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions to establish the Party Committees of Binh Lieu District Party agencies; the Party Committee of Binh Lieu District People's Committee; and to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Party Committees of Party agencies and the District People's Committee.

According to the decisions, the Party Committee of the Party Agencies directly under the Binh Lieu District Party Committee consists of 08 affiliated Party cells, with 62 Party members, established on the basis of merging the Party Committee of the District Party Committee and the Party Cell of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the district, the Party Cell of the People's Court, the Party Cell of the People's Procuracy and transferring 03 Party members of the Party Committee of the District Government Agencies. Comrade Ly Van Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies.

The Party Committee of the District People's Committee is directly under the Party Committee of Binh Lieu District, consisting of 16 affiliated Party cells with 137 Party members. Comrade Pham Duc Thang, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the District People's Committee.

Merge the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee into the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee. Comrade Duong Ngoc Khoa, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee, was assigned and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee, concurrently Director of the District Political Center.

Speaking to congratulate the Party Committees of Party agencies, the Party Committee of the District People's Committee, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the District Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Binh Lieu District Party Committee, requested the newly established Party committees and organizations, especially the leaders, to enhance their sense of responsibility, closely follow the Party's regulations, especially the Party's operating principles, quickly stabilize the organizational apparatus; promptly advise competent authorities to promulgate functions, tasks and powers; at the same time, build working regulations and assign tasks to ensure compliance with principles and meet the requirements of new tasks. The newly established agencies, units, localities and Party organizations continue to closely follow Resolution No. 31 dated December 2, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee; Resolution No. 22 dated December 2, 2024 of the District Party Committee on directions and tasks for 2025 to lead and direct the successful completion of goals and tasks for 2025 and for the entire 2020-2025 term.
