This achievement is thanks to the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations that have well implemented the National Assembly's Resolution on Socialism, promoting the people's right to mastery.

Identifying the implementation of the QCDCOCCS as the "key" to creating consensus among the people, every year, the District Steering Committee has advised the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to lead, direct the organization, disseminate and implement directives, resolutions and instructions of the Central and the province on the development and implementation of the QCDCOCCS; focusing on directing the implementation of the QCDCOCCS to communes, towns, agencies and enterprises in the whole district.

From 2021 to present, the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee have organized 50 meetings and dialogues between Party leaders and people at all levels and all walks of life, with 139 opinions exchanged by people and businesses, which were received, explained, and answered specifically and satisfactorily by the district's departments, branches, District Party Committee Secretary, and District People's Committee Chairman, creating high consensus.

In addition, the Chairman of the District People's Committee and the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee periodically organize many meetings and dialogues between leaders in contact with people and businesses on contents related to the Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) every year, 78 meetings, of which 8 meetings were at the district level and 70 meetings at the commune level.

The district has conducted 18 inspections of the implementation of legal regulations on citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement at 10 units, and issued 10 inspection conclusions.

In the past time, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations from district to grassroots level have supervised 204 topics, organized 5 conferences to review and comment on 36 draft resolutions, programs, plans, issues related to production, social life...

Party committees at all levels organized 63 dialogue meetings; at the same time, innovated the working methods towards diversifying forms of gathering forces, directing activities towards the grassroots according to the responsibilities and tasks of each organization associated with emulation movements, the result of mobilizing the "For the Poor" Fund was 8.2 billion VND; mobilizing support for 32,330 gifts, building 233 houses for union members, association members and people with housing difficulties; especially, the Program to eliminate temporary houses and dilapidated houses with a total value of over 21 billion VND...

Mobilize social resources to build houses for households with housing difficulties, implement water pipeline programs for people in remote areas. Support funding and volunteer forces to renovate safe electrical systems for policy households and poor households.
