Resolution approving the List of additional and adjusted works and projects to be implemented in 2025 requiring land acquisition in Tien Giang province

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government dated February 19, 2025;

Pursuant to the Land Law dated January 18, 2024;

Pursuant to the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, the Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, the Real Estate Business Law No. 29/2023/QH15 and the Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15 dated June 29, 2024;

Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 45/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council approving the List of works and projects to be implemented in 2025 requiring land acquisition in Tien Giang province;

Considering Submission No. 186/TTr-UBND dated April 20, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the draft Resolution approving the List of additional and adjusted works and projects to be implemented in 2025 requiring land acquisition in Tien Giang province and Official Dispatch No. 3047/UBND-KT dated April 28, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on explaining the appraisal opinions on the draft Resolutions; Appraisal Report No. 143/BC-HDND dated April 26, 2025 of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; discussion opinions of the Provincial People's Council delegates at the session.

RESOLUTION:

Article 1. Supplementing and adjusting the List of works and projects to be implemented in 2025 requiring land acquisition in Tien Giang province, issued together with Resolution No. 45/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council, as follows:

1. The total number of works and projects funded by the central and provincial budgets that must recover land is 16 works and projects with a total recovered land area of 106.25 hectares, of which:

- Rice land: 19.20 ha;

- Production forest land: 25.62 ha;

- Other land types: 61.43 ha.

2. The total number of works and projects using district-level budget capital that must recover land is 08 works and projects with a total recovered land area of 12.56 hectares, of which:

- Rice land: 7.14 ha;

- Other land types: 5.42 ha.

3. The total number of works and projects from non-budgetary sources and investment through the sector that must recover land is 04 works and projects with a total recovered land area of 207.78 hectares, of which:

- Rice land: 15.17 ha;

- Other land types: 192.61 ha.

4. Cancel 1 project or work from non-budgetary capital sources, investment through the sector that must recover land in Appendix II issued with Resolution No. 45/NQ-HDND.

Article 2. Implementation

1. Assign the Provincial People's Committee to organize and implement the Resolution.

2. Assign the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council Delegation and the Provincial People's Council delegates to supervise the implementation of the Resolution.

This Resolution was passed by the People's Council of Tien Giang Province, Term X, Session 17 on April 29, 2025 and takes effect from the date of passage.
