While driving, the vehicle hit Mr. D (38 years old, residing in Ho Thi Ky commune, Thoi Binh district), a worker who was using an oil sprayer to spray oil on an iron-wheeled roller with license plate 69SA-0192, which was also rolling asphalt in the same direction.

The collision forced Mr. D from the tire roller to the iron-wheel roller, causing Mr. D to die on the spot.
