According to Gazzetta , Inter's board has pledged to pay a large bonus if the team can win against PSG in Munich. This bonus will be added to the terms already included in each player's contract.
Inter had previously promised a total bonus of €3m for reaching the final alone. However, if they beat PSG, that bonus would increase to €10m, equivalent to around €400,000 for each player in the squad.
This is a move that shows Inter's determination to conquer the Champions League title after 15 years of waiting. The players will enter the match with the highest spirit, not only for the title but also for the worthy reward for their efforts.
According to Football Meets Data , Inter also made a fortune by participating in the final match of the Champions League. The Serie A representative pocketed 136.7 million euros in achievement money from UEFA. Although this figure is lower than PSG (137.9 million euros), this is still a huge revenue for the Serie A representative in a season.
If Inter beat PSG in the final, they will receive an additional €6.5m from UEFA. They will also receive €4m for playing in the European Super Cup in August, against Europa League winners Tottenham.
Inter are looking for their first Champions League title since 2010. This is also the second time the Serie A side have reached the Champions League final in the last three years. In the 2022/23 Champions League final, Inter lost 0-1 to Manchester City.
