From January 1, 2026, the regional minimum wage for workers will be adjusted to increase by an average rate of 7.2%. At the same time, the list of localities applying the minimum wage in 34 provinces and cities after the implementation of administrative unit arrangement has also been announced, in which Thanh Hoa province is as follows:

According to Decree No. 293/2025/ND-CP, from January 1, 2026, the regional minimum wage for employees working under labor contracts will increase from VND 250,000 - VND 350,000/month (equivalent to an average rate of 7.2%) compared to the current minimum wage applied in Decree No. 74/2024/ND-CP.

Specifically, the official regional minimum wage applied to 4 regions from January 1, 2026 is as follows:

Region I: 5,310,000 VND/month;

Region II: 4,730,000 VND/month;

Region III: 4,140,000 VND/month;

Region IV: 3,700,000 VND/month.

Decree No. 293/2025/ND-CP also issued the Appendix on the List of localities applying the minimum wage from January 1, 2026 in 34 provinces and cities after implementing the arrangement of administrative units, in which in Thanh Hoa province specifically as follows:
