Extending the disbursement of more than 3.4 billion VND of Da Nang capital to support upgrading the martyrs' cemetery

(QNO) - The People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just issued a decision to extend the implementation and disbursement time of the provincial budget public investment plan to 2025.

Accordingly, it is allowed to extend the implementation time and disbursement of the 2024 public investment capital plan from the Da Nang City budget with targeted support to 2025 with an amount of more than VND 3.44 billion to continue implementing 5 projects under Resolution No. 68, dated September 29, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on renovating and upgrading martyrs' cemeteries and works honoring martyrs in Quang Nam province in the period of 2022 - 2026.

Specifically, the projects or items belong to the martyrs' cemeteries in Dien Tho commune (Dien Ban town), Tam Hiep (Nui Thanh), Dai Chanh (Dai Loc), Dai Hoa (Dai Loc) and Tam Phuoc (Phu Ninh). It is known that the Da Nang city budget supports a total of more than 5 billion VND to implement the above 5 cemeteries.

The reason for not fully disbursing the capital plan for the construction of martyrs' cemeteries is that the heavy rains lasted for a long time, causing the construction to not be on schedule, and the heavy rains did not have enough capital to disburse...
