Tuyen Quang Province Property Auction Service Center sold 1,153 auction documents, collected 1,040 auction registration forms and 1,035 bid forms.
The auction results showed that 103 plots of land were sold, but 8 plots did not have enough 2 people registered for the auction according to the auction regulations, so they were not eligible to win the auction.
103 plots of land with starting price of over 227 billion 454 million VND, total auction revenue is over 336 billion 352 million VND, the difference compared to the starting price is over 108 billion 897 million VND. Of which, the plot of land with the highest bid price of over 45.8 million VND/m2 in residential area of group 13, Tan Ha ward (Tuyen Quang city) has a starting price of over 4.7 billion VND, the winning price of over 8.5 billion VND, the difference between the starting price and the winning price is nearly 3.8 billion VND.
The auctioned land lot with the lowest difference of more than 35 million VND is located in residential area of hamlet 14, Kim Phu commune (Tuyen Quang city) with a starting price of over 1 billion 684 million VND, the auctioned price is 1 billion 719 million VND, about nearly 8 million/m2.
Many people inside and outside the province participated in land auctions in Tuyen Quang city.
Previously, on May 10, 2025, the Tuyen Quang Province Property Auction Service Center announced the first auction of land use rights with land use fees in Tuyen Quang city in 2025. The auctioned land lots are located in four areas: Residential area of group 13, Tan Ha ward (12 lots); Tan Phat residential area, Y La ward (22 lots); Residential area of village 6, Luong Vuong commune (4 lots); and Residential area of hamlet 14, Kim Phu commune (73 lots).
All of these plots of land have a long-term use period and are allocated by the State with land use fees collected through auctions depending on the location and area. The starting price of the plots ranges from over 1.4 billion VND to over 4.7 billion VND, with each plot having an area of 100 m2 or more.
The auction is conducted by indirect voting and the bidding method is ascending. Those who wish to participate in the auction can view the property from May 21, 2025 to May 23, 2025. The invitation to participate in the auction will be sold continuously from 08:00 on May 12, 2025 to 16:30 on May 28, 2025 at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city. The procedures for organizing the auction of land use rights in Tuyen Quang city are organized in accordance with the provisions of law.
