While busy repairing machines at the company's quarry, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa (53 years old, worker, residing in Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai province) suddenly received 2.3 million VND transferred into his account. Checking the message, Mr. Hoa determined that the above amount of money was transferred from a stranger. After investigating the relationships to determine but still not knowing who transferred the above amount, Mr. Hoa assumed that someone had transferred the money to him by mistake and decided to report to the local police to help find the person to return it.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa shared: “I do not covet lost things. I never take things that I did not make or work for myself.”

After receiving the report from Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Phuoc Tan Ward Police quickly conducted verification. On October 21, it was determined that the person who transferred the money by mistake was Mr. NSH (51 years old, residing in Dong Loc Commune, Nghe An Province).

After verifying all the information, Phuoc Tan Ward Police, Dong Nai Province coordinated with Dong Loc Commune Police, Nghe An Province to support the full refund of the amount via bank to Mr. NSH.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa said: He is currently working as a machine repairman in the Tan Cang quarry area. His wife and children are all factory workers. Although his family's life is still difficult, he always believes that life is about being honest and kind to everyone.

According to Phuoc Tan Ward Police, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa’s simple act is a beautiful gesture, demonstrating honesty, responsibility and the noble character of a worker. This action is also a “seed” of kindness that contributes to building a better community.
