End of the 13th Open Competition of "Tai Tu - Cai Luong Singing" in Di An City in 2025

The Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Di An City has just successfully organized the final round of the 13th Di An City Open "Talented Singer - Reformed Opera" Contest in 2025.

The contest had nearly 80 contestants from inside and outside the province registered to participate in the preliminary round. The contestants were divided into 2 groups: Group 16-40 years old (Group A) and Group 41 years old and above (Group B). In the final round, contestants performed a solo performance of a vọng cổ song and pairs of contestants performed a duet of a cải lương excerpt or a performance of a song under 12 minutes.

As a result, Nguyen Van Phuong (Thuan An City) won the first prize in Group A. The first prize in Group B went to Le Hoang Tuan (Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai). The first prize in the duet category went to contestants Le Van Dan and Bui Ngoc Quang (Di An City). In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 13 second, third and consolation prizes to contestants with impressive performances and other secondary prizes, such as: The youngest contestant was Nguyen Chi Ben (born in 1993, Thuan An City), the oldest contestant was Quach Chinh Hai (born in 1962, Ho Chi Minh City).
