Phu Giao District: Awarding 300 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances

(BDO) On the morning of May 30, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Giao district organized a program to give gifts and scholarships to disadvantaged students in the district in 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hai, Secretary of Phu Giao District Party Committee, presented scholarships and gifts to students.

At the ceremony, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district awarded 300 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to study well in the 2024-2025 school year. Each scholarship is worth 2 million VND, including a gift worth 500,000 VND (backpack, notebook) and 1.5 million VND in cash. The total value of the scholarships is up to 600 million VND, drawn from the district's "For the Poor" Fund.

This is not only practical material support but also a great source of spiritual encouragement, giving students more strength to continue on their path of study, towards a bright future.
