There are iron fences on the seabed for visitors to hold on to, and at steep and bendy sections, there are divers to guide visitors on how to walk safely underwater. Visitors must wear special rubber shoes to avoid bleeding feet because the seabed is bumpy and rocky. Divers also frequently use hand signals to ask visitors if they are okay or want to go ashore immediately.
In the photo, Ms. Vinh Hai walks slowly and steadily, taking short steps under the guidance of the diver. "When I first went into the water, I felt a little overwhelmed and my ears were ringing, but I got used to it after a while. Then a whole world under the ocean floor appeared, very beautiful and attractive," she said.
