T78 Friendship School (formerly the Central Mountainous Campus) was established by the Central Party Secretariat on January 1, 1958, based on the guiding ideology of President Ho Chi Minh to help Laos train culturally for Pathet Lao cadres and soldiers. The school is a public service unit under the Ministry of Education and Training. The current mission of the school is to teach preparatory Vietnamese language to Laotian students and provide high school education for Vietnamese ethnic minority students and Laotian students following the model of ethnic boarding schools with foreign elements. In 65 years of construction and development, the school has trained over 27,000 LHS for Laos. Many LHS have held important positions in the leadership apparatus of the Lao Party and State from the central to local levels. Tens of thousands of ethnic minority students have graduated and continued to enter universities and academies and returned to contribute to the socio-economic development of their localities. Despite the difficulties and limitations in the material facilities, in recent times, Tan Phu Secondary School, Tan Phu Dong District (Tien Giang Province) has achieved positive results. The school currently has 349 students; last school year, 100% of students graduated; 01 student was an excellent student at the provincial level, the school collective achieved excellent labor, the school received the emulation flag of the provincialeducation and training sector for 6 consecutive years and is being proposed to the Prime Minister for a certificate of merit. The Head of the Central Propaganda Department said that studiousness is a very precious and proud tradition of Tien Giang . Tan Phu Secondary School, like many other schools in the province, has made great efforts to overcome difficulties and compete in teaching well and studying well, which is commendable. Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia reminded cadres, teachers and students of Tien Giang province in general and Tan Phu Secondary School in particular to continue to improve teaching and learning, contributing to training talents for the country. The morning rain in Ho Chi Minh City did not dampen the excitement of the opening day at Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School (Ho Chi Minh City). Unlike the nervous and bewildered children, the 12th graders had a bit of a wistful and nostalgic feeling in their last opening ceremony of their school years. Le Nguyen Hoai Anh (Class 12A11) arrived at school very early to prepare for the final opening ceremony of their school years. Hoai Anh emotionally shared: "Because it was the last opening ceremony, I prepared much more carefully and even registered to join the school's welcoming group. As for preschool level, the opening ceremony will be organized in the form of "Children's Day to School" in a flexible and creative manner with content suitable for children's psychological characteristics. The maximum duration of the event is 60 minutes. After the opening ceremony, schools and educational institutions will organize activities at the beginning of the school year. Based on the actual situation, schools will proactively organize practical and meaningful activities, ensuring disease prevention and control according to regulations. Many leaders will not beat the drum or speak at the opening ceremony . On September 4, Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, said that the provincial leaders will visit 16 schools, from the plains to remote areas on the opening day, but will not speak or beat the drum. The drumming and speaking will be done by teachers. Provincial leaders will present flowers and gifts to teachers or award scholarships to poor students who have overcome difficulties. Similarly, the Department of Education and Training in Da Nang directed schools to organize the opening ceremony of the new school year in the spirit of "brevity, without speeches by leaders at all levels".
