Opening of the 2025 Lang Son Province Open Yoga Shine Competition

- Within the framework of the International Yoga Festival and Indian Cultural Exchange in Lang Son Province in 2025. On the morning of May 30, at the Provincial Sports Stadium, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Hanoi City Yoga Federation organized the opening ceremony of the Lang Son Province Yoga Shine Open Competition in 2025. Attending the opening ceremony were leaders and representatives of a number of departments, agencies, branches and organizations of the province; leaders of the Hanoi City Yoga Federation.

The competition has the participation of 68 athletes from 9 clubs in the province. The clubs will compete in 2 categories: Yoga Asana and Artistic Yoga.

The entries were judged on technical criteria, flexibility, aesthetics and harmony in each movement. Many performances left a strong impression with the smooth combination of skills and artistic elements, demonstrating the serious training of the contestants.

The competition is not only an opportunity for individuals and Yoga clubs to demonstrate their skills and spread a healthy lifestyle, but also contributes to promoting cultural exchange and strengthening friendship between Vietnam and India.
