Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Nong Bich Diep, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, comrade Phuong Anh Tu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Son commune, lecturers, reporters of the training class, artisans and students of the classes teaching intangible cultural forms: puppetry, dance, singing and dancing , traditional medicine .
The organization of training classes and teaching of intangible cultural practices at Quynh Son Community Cultural Tourism Village aims to:
- Fostering professional and technical skills, updating the Party's viewpoints and policies, and the State's laws and policies on cultural heritage in general and intangible cultural heritage in particular to meet the requirements and tasks of preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development in the new situation.
- Raising awareness, pride and self-awareness of the community, individuals, especially the young generation, about the meaning and responsibility in preserving and promoting traditional cultural values of the nation associated with heritage tourism journeys to develop ethnic communities with similar heritages in the present and future.
- Research, restore and preserve some types of intangible cultural heritage such as puppetry, folk dance, fairy singing and dancing and preserve traditional medicine, towards forming clubs or models of folk cultural activities in the locality , creating conditions for the art nuclei and the masses to exchange , create, enjoy culture associated with preserving the good cultural values of the nation in the province . Thereby, continuing to arouse the spirit of preserving, enriching and promoting the values of national cultural heritage among the majority of people, contributing to building grassroots cultural life, developing the socio- economy , especially developing the tourism economy, strongly attracting tourists to the locality.

Comrade Nong Bich Diep , Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism delivered the opening speech.
The training course took place over three days (October 25-27, 2025) with many practical contents revolving around linking the conservation of intangible cultural heritage with sustainable tourism development in Vietnam in general, and at Quynh Son Community Cultural Tourism Village in particular .
Immediately after the basic knowledge training, intensive practical training classes will be officially launched with intangible cultural heritages: puppetry, folk dance, fairy singing and dancing , and traditional medicine preservation.

Training classes , practical teaching, puppetry performances, folk dances, fairy singing and dancing, and traditional medicine preservation are among the contents of the project on Preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of Quynh Son Community Cultural Tourism Village , Bac Son Commune , Lang Son Province. With the attention and direction of relevant levels and sectors and the dedication of artisans, the trainees hope to contribute to the successful implementation of the project and the preservation and promotion of the unique intangible cultural heritage values of Lang Son Province, creating unique tourism products, attracting tourists, improving spiritual life and developing the local socio-economy./.
