Painter Nguyen Ngan, Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, spoke at the opening ceremony of the camp.

Speaking at the opening of the camp, artist Nguyen Ngan, Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, said: The creative camp aims to help members penetrate reality, create many good works with high ideological and artistic values, contributing to arousing love for the homeland and country, self-reliance, self-strengthening, and the strength of national solidarity to successfully implement political goals and tasks, and socio-economic development, especially in the context of merging and streamlining the apparatus. At the same time, it is also an opportunity for artists to exchange, learn, exchange experiences, and share passions, thereby orienting creative activities, creating high-quality works, serving the spiritual life of the people of the whole country in general and Ha Nam in particular.

The members will go on field trips from May 19 to June 2 in Da Nang , Hue, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An and return to Ha Nam. During the camp, the artists will complete their works according to the outline they registered for when participating in the intensive camp.
