In celebration of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day, November 23, on the morning of November 19, in Hai Phong City, Quang Ninh Museum and Hai Phong Museum jointly organized the opening ceremony of the exhibition "Colors of Hai Phong - Quang Ninh Sea Cultural Heritage".

The exhibition introduces to the public 92 documentary images and excerpts; more than 200 artifacts including fish skeletons, shells, snail shells, ceramics found in Cai Beo and Ha Long, artifacts related to island festivals. The exhibition is divided into 3 parts: The first part is "Prehistoric cultural sediments of Cai Beo - Ha Long", the second part is "Colors of marine cultural heritage" and the third part is named "Heritage connection".

The exhibition “Colors of Hai Phong - Quang Ninh marine cultural heritage” is an opportunity to introduce the characteristics of marine cultural heritage; promote and honor the values of tangible and intangible cultural heritage and unique tourism products of the two localities to domestic and foreign tourists;educate the younger generation about patriotism and responsibility to protect the sea and islands.

This is also an opportunity for the two localities to strengthen cooperation and connection in preserving and promoting the value of the inter-provincial World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay - Cat Ba Archipelago, honoring marine cultural heritages, promoting community awareness of sustainable development and protecting the marine environment.
The exhibition "Colors of Hai Phong - Quang Ninh marine cultural heritage" will be open until December 20.
